Our renovations start from NZ$10,000, and you can choose from three packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold) depending on the scope and finish you're after. You'll get a clear, itemised quote before any work starts, and if something unexpected comes up once walls are opened, we'll talk to you before doing anything extra.

It depends on the size of the job. A typical bathroom takes around 2 to 4 weeks and a kitchen around 3 to 6 weeks. Extensions and full home renovations take longer, especially if council consent is needed. We give you a timeline with your quote and keep you updated as the work goes.

Most of the time, yes. We plan the work so you keep access to the rest of your home, and we clean up at the end of each day. If we're renovating your only bathroom or kitchen, we'll talk through options with you first, such as staging the work or setting up a temporary facility.

Some work needs consent from Auckland Council and some doesn't. For example, moving plumbing or drainage, changing structural walls and building an extension usually need consent, while a deck under 1.5 m high often doesn't. We check what your project needs and handle the consent application for you. Council can take up to 20 working days to process a consent, so we build that into your timeline.

We do. We coordinate all the trades your project needs, including licensed plumbers, electricians, tilers and plasterers, so you have one point of contact from start to finish. You don't have to chase anyone.

Absolutely. You can supply your own tapware, vanities, tiles and appliances, or we can recommend and source them through our suppliers, often at trade prices. We'll help you choose options that suit your style and budget.
